The Netherlands – Spain
Paul Stouthamer studied Conservatoire de Lille (France) and Berklee College of Music (Boston). He moved to Barcelona in 1985, where he worked extensively in Holland with Arend Niks, Frans Vermeersen, Michiel Braam Leonard van Goudoever, BEWTH Theater and composed for Griftheater, Ricciotti Ensemble, Amersfoort Jeugd Orkest and taught at the conservatory in Arnhem while combining his work with Barcelona.
Johannes Ammon was born 1951 in Germany, he started studies on the violin at the conservatory in Nürnberg in 1968 and continued via München und Berlin Musikhochschule. He then worked in chambermusic ensambles and Symphonieorchestras. He went to the USA in 1976, and returned to Europe in 2000. Now, he works with Paul Stouthamer on Theater projects (among others the Grif Theater and the Freie Bühne Wendland), and is active as Mariachi Musician and actor.
